Every component, accounted for
Build from documented typical values. Keep the source population, ranges and unknowns alongside the baseline, so we can refine it without losing where it came from.
Coverage means every inventory family is listed—not that every value is known. These are reference measurements and published estimates for study planning. They do not automatically change the live simulation. Healthy reference bodies, pooled cell populations, cultured cells and animal-derived timing remain separate.

How to use these baselines
Choose a component and inspect the particular tissue, state and body model. A reported mean is a starting reference for that context; a range is not automatically a probability distribution. Keep the deterministic baseline until a supported distribution or a clearly labeled sensitivity experiment is available.
- Size: the cell census reports mass, including its defined cell structures. We preserve mass instead of inventing a spherical diameter. Direct volume measurements are labeled separately.
- Amount: counts refer to the named tissue or compartment, not cells per unit volume. Do not sum overlapping records or substitute them for a tumor's density.
- Timing: lifespan and turnover are not movement, activation or binding times. Rodent-derived values remain animal references.
- Ranges: source mass ranges, standard deviations and synthesis uncertainty bounds are distinguished. Missing bounds are unknown, not zero.
The source census contains 1,264 groups. This pass selects explicitly mapped examples for our inventory; it does not claim to import or verify every source group. More specific subtype and disease measurements remain open.
