Microenvironment
Mechanistic simulation workspace
Run a selected study, drug, or gene context through the qualitative cell-state model. The page distinguishes modeled mechanisms from context that has not yet earned a kinetic module.
Study context
Selecting a Study environment carries its published Atlas evidence and missing measurements with the run. It does not automatically change the normalized simulation sliders.
Live mechanism modules: gemcitabine, carboplatin, paclitaxel. Other drugs remain context-only.
A gene name alone does not imply mutation, loss, gain, or expression state. Choose an explicit modeled state below if you want that gene to change the run.
Modeled gene states
These are explicit qualitative modifiers, never inferred from the gene name or the source page.
Environment
Scenario sweep
Hold everything else fixed and vary one normalized model input across five points. This shows model directionality, not a measured biological response curve.
Mapping precision priorities
Engineering-only ranking of which measurement uncertainty creates the most model ambiguity in tested contexts.
Run a low / center / high mapping challenger, then add it to the queue.
Score formula: 60 points if state class changes across the mapped band, up to 25 for widest output spread, and up to 15 for mapped interval width. This ranks model ambiguity, not clinical or scientific importance.
Saved runs
Stored only in this browser on this device. Up to 20 records.
Save a completed run to preserve its exact inputs, result, matched baseline and model warnings.
Ready for a run
Adjust the environment or keep the defaults, then run. Results will show the state trajectory and the mechanism-completion chain for each supported drug.
